Ritual oils

What exactly are ritual oils?

Ritual oils are oils used for metaphysical purposes. This can include but is not limited to: candle dressing. spell work. perfume. glamour magic. divination. ancestor veneration. working with deities. They can be incredibly helpful in aiding any magical practice and are quite versatile in use.

I began crafting my own ritual oils about 3 years ago but have used ritual oils for several years. My oils are designed with the idea in mind that magic/energy is not binary. Energy can be used by anyone that wants to work with it. Many archetypes in tarot and mythology are regulated to the gender binary. I wanted to be able to wear and work with oils in my practice that didn’t have the gender binary looming over my body and consequently, in my work.

I created two oils that were designed for wearing to help one feel completely and totally full of themselves. Domme and High Priestexx are scents crafted with my non-binary trans family in mind especially. Mercury Rx is a blend I use for not only dressing candles to protect myself during those times of the year, but also to bring mental clarity when I work. I have ADHD and will often put some in my hand, rub them together and take 3 deep, clearing breaths before sending emails or writing.

Oils are crafted and charged under the Dark Moon, and the plants used are petitioned for their blessing for use. They come in two sizes: a 2 oz. glass bottle with a dropper or a 10ml roller ball. All have been tested on skin but I recommend you test on a small part of your skin before use. I currently use almond oil for the carrier. You can read their descriptions below.
